How to Enter the Bash
In order to enter the Bash, please have your mobile phone logged in to “Zaiko” website, where you purchased your tickets. Please show the E-Ticket screen to the entrance staff, so that the staff can handle the “Swipe” to complete your check-in process. Please be sure not to swipe the ticket beforehand!!

Zaiko Login Problems?
If you have a hard time logging in to Zaiko, here’s a tip you might want to try.
Especially for iPhone users, please try to login from “Sign in with Apple”. Many of your Zaiko accounts are created through Apple’s private relay system, whose email address is different from yours.
You Purchased Group Tickets, But You Need to Enter Separately
In case you and your friends/family are checking in separately, please transfer the “Guest Ticket” to his/her Zaiko account before you enter the Bash. Please take a look at the instructions from the link below.
In addition, if you are unable to attend the Bash for some reasons, your ticket can be transferred to another person as well.
